Homespun Foodie Fun

This wedding, designed by the bride with her awesome planner Trisha Dean, combines everything I love the most: amazing food, chalkboards, lots of champagne, burlap and lace. The feel of the day was clean and streamlined with food as the focus, and a homespun crafty feel to the design.  One of my favorite parts of the look were the beautiful papel picado flags which were fashioned into chandeliers to be hung from the rafters.  This design element was also included in personal flags, and banners for the back of the bride and groom’s chairs.    Mary McHenry is one of my absolute favorite photographers, and she did a gorgeous job (as always) capturing their day!
